I think this is gonna take a lot of word-of-mouth in order to have an impact - but I do think it could work.

Since I don’t have a job, “No Work” is cake and “No Purchases” is smart for anyone in my position. The toughest will be “No Cell Phones.” How else am I gonna call and make sure everyone is home boycotting?
